By purchasing from my shop, you’re purchasing a license to use my work personally, without the ability to redistribute and/or copy. Only one person may use the account my work has been uploaded to, account sharing to use my work is prohibited.
You may not upload my work/assets for public use on any platform(VRChat, NeosVR, Helios, etc.
You're prohibited from ripping and/or file sharing my work (EVEN WITH EDITS) as I do NOT give out any files to anyone.
You are prohibited from using my work for commercial purposes or monetary gain, including but not limited to: commercial live streams, video promotions, events, discounted uploads, ect.
Personal/private use in noncommercial videos, live streams, events, etc. does not need credit, but credit is appreciated.
Failure to follow TOS can result in a DMCA takedown request being issued or further action being pursued by a representative of my business.

How do uploads work?
I use unity to login to your VRC account and upload the avatar you've purchased ! I will need you to be available to provide an code from either email or app, you do not need to stop playing vrchat as I do not login to anything but unity!Can I buy for a friend?
Yes! If they aren't blacklisted from my shop, you may purchase for a friend! Please provide a link to your friend's VRChat account when you ask about a purchase!How long does it take to get an upload?
Depends how busy I am! I normally get to uploads within 1-2 days of you purchasing and the uploads normally don't take longer than 30 minutes but times may vary!Why are your avatars priced the way they are?
I put a lot of time and effort into my work, from textures, to weight painting, to modeling the mesh itself. It often takes a month or more to make the models I create because of how much effort I put into my work while also being legally disabled.
I try keep pricing fair to everyone, including myself. I do host sales and giveaways within my server often to give more people a chance to grab something from me!Who is on your blacklist? Can I know?
I don't typically give out my blacklist information to prevent harassment or witch-hunting of users regardless of what they have done to warrant being on the blacklist. If you're unsure if you are blacklisted, privately dm me!!
